OK!!! So finally I took the plunge after almost a year of dilly-dallying about it. I finally registered my own domain name www.dharwadkar.com. Nothing's up yet, its just a domain name and a starter page giving out introduction and contact information. I plan to move this blog to my website pretty soon when I design and host it somewhere. Right now I have registered it with Yahoo! domains where I got this incredible deal of registering a domain for just $4.98 for an entire year. I now have to look for another deal to host my site.

Before that I have to develop and design the site. I am in two minds in this. I might develop it on Lotus Notes and then host it or I might design and develop it on open source software. I am more inclined towars the later one though. That's where the whole thing is moving. But that's another story.
